A Brief IntroductionPortal of Juglandaceae V1.0

Juglandaceae are plants of great economic value in the world, which have been cultivated, domesticated and utilized by humans society for a long time. Its edible nutrient-rich nuts and tough and durable wood are popular, so they are also receiving increasing attention from botanists and breeders.

With the advent of the era of genomics, the genome sequencing work in the Juglandaceae family has been greatly promoted and produced a huge amount of data. So far, there are 9 species of genomes, gene coding sequences, protein sequences, various annotation information, expression data and miRNA data in the Juglandaceae database and configured with BLAST, JBrowse and our self-developed synteny analysis tool.

In the future, we hope that the Portal of Juglandaceae will become a center hub for the study of the Juglandaceae and lead the research work of the Juglandaceae plants worldwide.
